Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a return within 30 days of delivery
• Your product arrives damaged or defective
• Your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe and you no longer want it
• We made an error with your order (wrong item, missing photos, etc.)

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as production has not yet started. After 24 hours, your memory box may already be in production and cancellation may not be possible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at heart.reveal.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If your product is damaged or defective, we are happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the issue and we will ship a new memory box to you as quickly as possible.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Our 30-day return policy exceeds this requirement and gives you even more time to decide.
